We offer considerable expertise in mental health assessment and support and will work to ensure the best outcome for you.
Stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and alcohol, drug and gambling concerns are common presenting problems.
We will do all we can to support patients. Please let us know if cost is a barrier to coming in as subsidised appointments are available for some patients. Please ask at the time of your appointment if you are eligible for this support.

Is the new 24/7 free call or txt helpline to the National Mental Health and Addiction helpline. Anyone can use this number to reach counsellors for help and support.

This link provides opportunity to hear other peoples stories as well as offering information on self help, support services and treatments for mental health challenges.
Big White Wall
(BWW) is a mental health and wellbeing service, offering 24/7, safe, anonymous and online support. Members of the BWW are able to engage anonymously, one on one, in groups or with the wider online community, express themselves creatively, gain knowledge and self-awareness through available information resources. There are also a range of evidence-based online courses, tips and clinical tests on topics including managing anxiety, positive thinking, smoking cessation and weight management. The service is available 24/7, 365 days a year, with counsellors online to moderate the service and provide further support.
