New Patients
Enrol with us, we welcome new patients.
We encourage all our patients to enroll with us as their preferred provider of general practice services. This enables us to best support your health needs, allows the practice to claim any Ministry of Health subsidies you may be entitled to, including access to cheaper visits, subsidized programs and in some cases payment for assessments.
Patients can only be enrolled at one practice at any one time. However once enrolled, patients are free to attend any practice or emergency centre as required without limitations.

If you have not been seen in the practice for three years your enrollment becomes invalid and your funding stops. We will however inform you should this occur.
